WordPress Plugins & Themes

All CodeTides products are licensed under the GNU General Public License v2.0 or later, in compliance with WordPress.org requirements.

License Types

  • Single Site License: Use on one website owned by you or your client
  • Multiple Site License: Use on the specified number of websites
  • Developer/Unlimited License: Use on unlimited websites

License Terms

  • Licenses are non-transferable and non-exclusive
  • You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense our products
  • License keys may be revoked for violations of these terms

3. Payments & Pricing

Payment Methods

We accept payments through:

  • PayPal
  • Stripe (Credit/Debit cards)
  • Other methods as available at checkout

Pricing

  • All prices are in US Dollars (USD)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice
  • Discounts and promotional offers are at our sole discretion
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

Taxes

4. Refund Policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all products. To qualify for a refund:

  • Request must be made within 14 days of purchase
  • Product must not have been used on a live production site
  • Refund requests must include a valid reason

Refunds will NOT be provided for:

  • Change of mind after 14 days
  • Lack of compatibility with third-party plugins/themes
  • Failure to read product documentation
  • License renewal payments (annual subscriptions)

What’s NOT Included

  • Custom development or customization
  • Third-party plugin/theme conflicts
  • Server configuration or hosting issues
  • WordPress general support

6. Automatic Updates & Renewals

Plugin Updates

  • Active licenses receive automatic updates for 1 year from purchase
  • After 1 year, you may renew at a discounted rate
  • Expired licenses continue to work but do not receive updates or support

Subscription Renewals

  • Annual subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled
  • You may cancel auto-renewal from your account dashboard
  • Renewal reminders are sent 30 days before expiry

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate account and billing information
  • Keep your license keys confidential
  • Not share, resell, or redistribute license keys
  • Not use our products for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Maintain your own website backups

8. Intellectual Property

  • All CodeTides products, code, documentation, and branding are our intellectual property
  • You may not claim ownership of our products
  • You may modify the code for your own use on licensed sites
  • Trademarks, logos, and brand names remain our exclusive property

9. Limitation of Liability

  • CodeTides products are provided “as is” without warranty
  • We are not liable for any damages arising from use of our products
  • We are not responsible for website downtime, data loss, or security breaches
  • Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price paid

10. Third-Party Services

Our products may integrate with third-party services (Google, Facebook, payment gateways, etc.). We are not responsible for:

  • Changes to third-party APIs
  • Third-party service outages
  • Third-party privacy practices

11. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Chargebacks or payment disputes
  • Sharing or reselling license keys
